Manufacturer-statedDragon Shield lists the standard format for cards up to 63 × 88 mm. That is the supported card size, not the outside sleeve measurement. A double-sleeved deck still needs a box rated for the resulting stack.
What the finish changes
The matte designation describes texture rather than a promise that reflections disappear. If the front finish is your main buying criterion, compare Matte with a product explicitly described as having a matte front. Do not choose from the word Matte alone.
I would judge the purchase by the role it fills, then try a small amount of shuffling before sleeving several decks. Published material and thickness specifications cannot tell you whether you will prefer the feel.
Plan the sleeve count
